The Sun entered Libra on Friday, September 22, 2023, 11:50 p.m PDT. It's officially Fall. The third quarter according to the astrological calendar. We're also re-entering eclipse season. We've pivoted, and we're ready to have everything inside of us and around us change entirely. Libra is ruled by Venus, and so that already tells us that this season has a lot to do with our social connections and how we present ourselves. The balance we have to achieve is in building real relationships even while honoring ourselves fully through always standing in our truth.

Oftentimes, it's thought that two people have to have the same thoughts and mindset to be in a close, intimate, loving relationship, but what really builds intimacy is when you both can still show up as your whole selves even when your thoughts and mindsets differ. Now, because this is Venus, the first thing you have to remember is that she is about grace and respect. If there are not these two things, she will retreat. The second thing is that this isn't about finding someone who's your opposite or forcing yourself to accept differences that you know do not work with you or just don't want to work with. This is about continuing to choose yourself always, even at the risk of conflict or separation with someone you love.

When we stay in our truth, we align with who is meant for us. That doesn't mean that you'll only encounter loving and kind people. It means that every person, every relationship, has a lesson for us. It means not everyone is for you. It means that that the relationships that click for you have a value that's way more than just getting to say you have a million friends or not feeling like you're alone in the world. When you can find and connect to who you're meant to, it's like two rocks striking against each other to start a fire. And every time you share with them what seems like a polarizing thought to their own, their ability to hold space for you and create an environment where there's no judgment and only acceptance sets off a chain reaction, and that relationship now raises the vibration of everyone in its radius.

This is the power of true connection. This is what creates a deep, long-lasting intimacy. Because if you can accept that we may have differences, and you can accept our natural evolution that we're already going through as humans, then you can grow with me as opposed to us growing apart. An important lesson however is that nothing is meant to last forever, and everyone has their season. The most natural thing to do is let a relationship go when it's done. That's what keeps it real. And when you can see that the right people always find you when you are true to yourself, you become locked in to the truth that we are all connected and none of us are ever really alone.

When you betray your truth, you miss the lessons, and you become stuck in confusing cycles with others. One of the fastest ways we can clear out our karma is to step back from any untruth that we're living in, especially when it involves others. The moment we people please or do anything to satiate another, while quieting our own voice, we invite karmic relationships into our lives. In itself, those relationships are their own version of divinity, but when we can trust the process, and remain ourselves, we can see that it doesn't have to be challenging, and that this is how we find our loving soul mates.
